HOW WE CONNECT WITH
OUR PATIENTS

MediMental Care accepts cases originating in Texas, Florida, and many other locations in the U.S. We see patients in face-to-face sessions in our four clinical offices, and also in telehealth sessions via all major video conferencing services.

Although we are able to see patients face-to-face in our offices under safe and sanitary conditions when clinically necessary, most of our patients find it easier to access their MediMental Care providers through all the leading forms of online conferencing, including Zoom, Facetime, and Google Meet. Using both commercial flights and private aviation, we are happy to send a clinician to a patient’s physical location when the need arises, as in cases of critical burns or amputation injuries.

Because our patients are, by and large, severely impacted by their post-traumatic stress injuries and related mental health issues, they may request to be seen at any time they feel the need for medi-mental health support. We do not place patients on so-called “wait lists”. Instead, we reach out to them regularly and frequently. Over 30 years of professional experience has taught us that the more promptly our care and intervention is brought to bear on the patient’s situation, the more effectively their post-traumatic stress crises can be managed.

We maintain systems of professional backup in which cases are reviewed each week by both Divisional Directors. This ensures that in the event of a case emergency, a MediMental professional will be available to handle urgent matters. At MediMental Care, the well-being of our patients is always our overriding concern.
